Meet Taylor.  I was lucky enough to work with this gorgeous Davenport Central girl for two senior sessions.  During both, she showed up ready to work it with some amazing and unique wardrobe options that I was obsessing over. I check the weather about a dozen times every day I have a session, and this day was beautiful and pretty perfect – with a ZERO chance of rain.  We were at our second location when all of a sudden we got caught in an extremely heavy downpour.  Luckily we found a building that we could seek refuge under for a while, but the remainder of her session was raining on and off (so much for weather predictions being accurate whatsoever).  Taylor has the most beautiful eyes and an even more beautiful spirit about her.  I can’t wait to see what her future holds!

Here is a little about what Taylor had to say about her session with Moxie:
“I didn’t really have a particular look in mind for my session, I was hoping that Karen would lead the way and she did just that! She helped me figure it out as we went along.  I was so nervous, because I am not a fan of getting my picture taken but Karen made me feel completely comfortable, even when we had a sudden, unexpected downpour.   I was afraid that I wouldn’t look good in any of my pictures. I had no reason to worry though, because Karen worked her magic and I loved my shots! I left the location decisions up to Karen and she chose them perfectly. We got the softer nature vibe, the urban vibe, and the awesome sky at the end. Each location matched my outfits perfectly and just made my experience so much better.  My favorite part of my senior experience was the reveal – watching the slideshow with my parents and my grandma… my mom cried!  Don’t even look anywhere else, there is no way it could be any better than Moxie Design. I had fun, I wasn’t nervous, and I’ll never forget it.  I love Moxie Design because they made it so easy and I wasn’t expecting that.”

One piece of advice that she has for other seniors getting their photos taken?  “Be open-minded. Listen to Karen and she will steer you in the right direction.”

If she could describe her overall senior session experience in one word, she would choose  “Amazing”
