I‘ve known this gorgeous senior since she was in her early days of elementary school, which made her senior photo session a very special one to me.  Juls is one of those girls that I find it impossible to be around without a HUGE smile coming across my face.  I LOVE how sweet she is, how much she loves her family and let me tell you, this girl has some killer dance moves.  The first time I had the honor of photographing Juls it was for the Miss Amazing competition (to which she won – way to go, Juls)!!

Here is what the Hance family had to say in regards to Juls’ senior session.

“Our experience was so fun!  It was hot and humid but Karen kept Juls relaxed and they chatted the whole time.  Karen is wildly creative and brought fun hats and props to create an amazing shoot.  It was just easy… Karen has a gift in her ability to get great photos but also a gift of making people feel beautiful.   The very last picture, Juls was in her formal princess dress – Karen had great lighting and the genius idea to use irridescent glitter in the shoot.  The moment she captured was incredible.  It was truly a magical moment and she created and captured it.  You HAVE to get your pics done by Karen at Moxie Design!  She has the best ideas and made Juls feel so at ease.  It was a fun experience that we will never forget.  There were so many amazing pictures it was hard to narrow them down to choose.  She is a creative genius and takes pictures like I’ve never seen before!”

A piece of advice to seniors who have yet to get their photos taken?  “Wear your favorite outfit first while you are fresh!  Just have fun with it – Karen is so easy to be around – be yourself and don’t hold back, even if you feel silly.”
