Meet Chloe. We met up with this Naperville beauty last spring on a beautiful day. Working with Chole and her awesome mom, Elizabeth, was SO. MUCH. FUN!!! I was so honored that Chloe was willing to come to the Quad Cities in order to have us capture her senior pictures! We all just clicked the moment that we met and it was like hanging out with friends for the next few hours that followed. Chloe is STUNNING and had amazing wardrobe choices, which made our job an absolute breeze. We were able to capture a lot of nature backdrops before heading downtown to end the session at sunset. I love when my job leads me to the most wonderful people, who immediately become friends and this session was just that!
Here is a little about what Chloe had to say about her session with Moxie: “I LOVED my senior photo session so so much! I have never had my photos professionally taken prior to this session, and I am typically shy and don’t like the camera in my face. However, Karen and Madeline made me feel so comfortable and confident! I loved Karen’s work and the results turned out great! It was a great day spent together with Moxie Design and I would definitely love to work with them again in the future. I was unsure of what I really wanted, but I picked some outfits out and Karen knew exactly where to take us to compliment the outfit accordingly! We were around nature, bridges, and she even got me to dip my toes in some water, along with some straight line looks in a local parking garage. Karen took the very minimal info I gave her and everything turned out perfect! I don’t love to have my photos taken that much typically, which was a little bit of a concern because the entire day was me getting my photos taken! But Karen made sure that I felt comfortable and she gave me so much confidence that I had a great time! She asked if I had any requests that we don’t or do get in the shots which also helped me feel more comfortable! I think that I enjoyed the laughs and humor from Karen and Madeline the most, which made this experience so fun! I have sooo many photos that are tied for 1st place in this session! But I loved the photos that were taken downtown and in the parking garage which is funny because I had originally unsure if I wanted to go there… but they turned out fantastic!! I think it was really memorable because I used to live in the area, but I moved to the Chicago area in grade school so it was a full circle moment to revisit the place where I started my school as I was only 2 months away from graduating high school! You definitely need to experience a photo session with Moxie Design because it was such a fun day, I felt so comfortable and confident, and the results were absolutely incredible! I love Moxie Design because it felt as if I have been best friends with two ladies that I had just met!”
One piece of advice that Chloe has for other seniors getting their photos taken? “Listen to any suggestions or photo poses that you may be timid to try because when I did, those photos are the ones I loved the most! (Listen to the professional!!!)”
If she could describe her overall senior session experience in one word, she would choose “incredible.”
